That's one reason I wanted to specify basing it on a story from folklore or fairy tales, in the hope that people come up with something a little out of the ordinary. :)

Question: can we submit a deviation now, and than replace it with another one (let's say I draw something that I think is better than the one I already submitted - would you accept the latter one rather then the first one?)

Or would you prefer we simply hold off submitting until the deadline in that case?

That's fine - you can replace your entry as many times as you like, you're limited to only one entry, so I don't think it's fair to force you to stick with your first choice! :)

Cool! Great idea for a comp!:3 I'm pretty sure that I'm going to enter this time!^w^ I think I'll draw something with Norwegian folk tales, that will be a little different, I think^^
I just wonder if I can mix different fairy tale characters together in one pic (I'm not sure if I'm going to do that, I just wanna know if it is an option)^^ Either way it won't be a problem, I want to enter anyways ;3

I will hopefully get mine done in time! I apologized for not entering the dream contest. I started drawing from my dreams but I was unable to finish it on time due to my finals. I'm on my break right now so I can finish it by then. I will finish my dreams piece as well and put it up, even though the contest is long over. Again, I apologized. :)

No problem - the reason I put the contests on so regularly is that people who aren't able to enter some have a chance to enter others. With the summer holidays coming up soon, I reckon quite a lot of people will be able to enter this one who didn't have time to last time. :D
